The Modern Pantry

Partnering with Avroko, a world leading restaurant architect, Red SP delivered the infamous Modern Pantry in Finsbury Square in 12 weeks, an incredible feat by all involved.

Red SP undertook the full scope of works including, mechanical, electrical, commercial kitchen package and produced the joinery in-house. 

With a set opening date for the restaurant, and tables booked in advance, programme was critical. This was managed with the industry standard Asta Power Project and the client was reported to in full each week. As the PC date coincided with the opening date, an ongoing management of defects from day one of the project was imperative.

PC was achieved and Red SP continued to work with the Modern Pantry assisting their maintenance and refurbishment works.
