Red SP were appointed to deliver this 2 phase CAT B fit-out including furniture package at short notice by our client. The multi phasing of the project was to enable early possession for their office staff due to lease issues at their previous building.
In this time, Red SP stripped the existing building back to shell and core, brought in new VRF mechanical services and all new power and data.
Once phase 1 was completed we utilised an acoustic hoarding between the office and site demise to minimise disruption to the user and allow works to proceed at pace.
Our collaborative, can do approach enabled our client to continue working in the face of adversity.
